He has more than 30 years of experience in communication and corporate affairs in government and the private sector. was spokesman  for international media of the President of Mexico, Ernesto Zedillo, and press advisor at the Mexican embassies in the United States and Canada. In the private sector, he worked for 15 years as head of corporate communication and institutional relations areas at Vitro and Walmart de México y Centroamérica.




He has more than 22 years of experience leading specialized teams in communication, public relations and customer service, in companies and institutions, such as IMSS, INBA, FONCA and L'Oréal. It focuses on the positive transformation and permanent improvement of the customer-citizen experience, through the analysis, development, implementation and monitoring of strategies and service programs that strengthen their loyalty.
